The Supreme Court already decided a case like this. Boys were popping girls bras and parents asked to have their daughters moved out of the classroom with said boys. School declined. Parents sued. Supreme Court decided 8-1 (pre-Roberts) that the school, school board, and teacher were negligible in not stopping the sexual harassment of these girls (6th graders).
